Should I pay for the membership?

Being a member of the store is free.

Why should I become a member?

You can become a member immediately to be able to order, to receive discounts, to be informed about campaigns and promotions, and to benefit from the advantages we have offered to you.

What is Shopping Cart?

It is a special area where the products that you want to pick up after login to my internet site are collective. Before giving your order, you can add, remove, change the order of your basket. What is a sales contract?

The Sales Contract is prepared to define and protect customer rights in accordance with the "Turkish Consumer Protection Law" number 4822. Customers who shop online via the relevant law must approve this contract electronically. It is not possible to shop without the approval of the Sales Contract in accordance with the relevant law.

To whom does the shipping charge belong?

All orders are sent with free shipping to all over Turkey. In case of change, the return shipping cost has to be paid by the customer, and if the product changes, shipment it belongs to the company.
For outside of Turkey, all the shipping costs belong to the customer unless there is no special event.

Do you deliver on Sunday?

On Sundays, no cargo company serving in our country works. As a result, delivery on Sundays is not possible.

I gave the order what should I do now?

On our page, your order is taken by bank credit card option. You do not need to take any action on orders after you have paid with credit card. You will receive information about your order status at to your e-mail address. Or our customer service will inform you by e-mail.

Do I have to enter my credit card information?

You can shop with your credit card from our page. Every shopping you do on our internet site is 100% safe. Our system is protected by world famous security institutions. 256 bit SSL (Secure Socket Layer) can not display your credit card number within your security, anyone can view it. The information of your anda number you enter your credit card number is encrypted and sent to the bank. It is not possible for third parties, including our company, to display or access your information. Your card information is only between you and the bank. If you have it, we recommend you to use a virtual card which you can obtain from the banks for internet shopping.

How do you do the delivery?

Products that you ordered and paid for will be delivered to local cargo within 2 - 4 business days at the latest. Cargo is the only delivery type for now.

Why is the phone information requested for those who are members?

If our customers who shop on our site have a problem with the product or if there is something that we need to explain, we need to inform our customers by phone and get approval. That's why we are looking for telephone information when you become a member.

Can I cancel the order?

You can send an email to [email protected] within the day you confirm your order for your cancellations. (Cancellations can not be made for orders after we deliver the product to the local shipping company, the return procedure is applied)
